Employment Physical Exams
Middletown Medical offers a variety of physical exams for all your workplace needs:
- Pre-Employment and Post Offer medical exams - to determine if the prospective employee has any medical or physical limitations for a desired position
- Executive physicals - customized physical examinations based on the employer's needs, that combines a comprehensive history, customized physical and additional testing as desired.
- Return to Work (RTW) physical – Post Injury or Illness exams to determine the employees fitness for resumption of work duties.
- DOT exams - required by the federal government for all interstate or intrastate drivers to meet the following standards; Medical History, Vision and Hearing testing, Blood Pressure, Urine analysis and Drug Screens as required. General Physical Exam with interpretation and Certification as indicated. Re certifications are required every two years or more frequently depending on existing medical conditions.
